Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and vendor management. Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage vendor relationships and handle related inquiries and transactions efficiently.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and documents as required.
  • Support the finance team with additional tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Strong skills in financial reconciliations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience in vendor management and handling vendor inquiries.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
